By booking a place on the Emotional Literacy Support Assistant (ELSA) training course, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Course Overview
The course consists of 6 online training sessions, each lasting from 9am to 3pm.
4 x 2h group supervision sessions are provided upon completion of the training.
Participation is required for all training and supervision sessions to receive the completion certificate.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made 30 days prior to the course start date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date are non-refundable.
Cancellations made less than 30 days prior and more than 7 days prior will receive a partial refund of 50%.
In the event of a cancellation by us, a full refund will be issued, or you will have the option to rebook on an alternative date.
No refunds or partial refunds will be given for missed sessions.
3. Attendance and Participation
Full attendance and participation in all six sessions are required for certification.
If you are unable to attend any session, please notify us as soon as possible.
4. Technical Requirements
The training will take place online via Zoom.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology and a stable internet connection.
5. Course Materials
Course materials are provided for personal use only.
You may not copy, distribute, or share any course materials without our written permission.
6. Data Protection and Privacy
Any personal information you provide during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may contact you via email with course-related updates.
7. Intellectual Property
All content delivered during the training, including materials and recordings, remains the intellectual property of Lighthouse Psychology Training.
You may not use or share any part of the content without permission.
8. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards trainers and other participants.
We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is deemed disruptive or inappropriate.
